Step 1
It’s best to get in contact once a date has been set and a venue has been booked.
Step 3
From our meeting, if we have all the information needed, we then provide a quote. Our team goes on to liaise with appropriate suppliers/ venue contacts, conduct proper site inspections for appropriate measuring etc.
Step 2
We do an initial meeting of what your vision is for your big day. We go through colour palettes, styles, decors, quantities etc…we ask lots of questions!
Step 4
4-5 weeks before your big day we do a final meeting to finalise details and to make sure everything is as exactly as planned.
What we can do for you…
We want you to enjoy the process as well as the actual day! Leave the stress of having to deal with different suppliers to us! We will source out the best suppliers in price and quality and liaise with them throughout. We go through different flower arrangements, centrepieces, colours, themes etc.
I always ask my clients to send me inspo pics so I have an idea of what your dream day will look like. So start collecting!
PRICING
Every wedding quote is different depending on what you want and the quantity of it. We take into consideration man power, the price of flowers and time spent. Shorter bump in times require more staff to meet the time period of setting up.
There are two ways I go about pricing. We can go over what you would like in your wedding, the type of flowers, tall or short centrepieces, any installations (hanging or wall installs), type and size of bouquets and quantity etc. Then I give you a quote according to our conversation and if it doesn’t suit your budget, we can then talk about alternatives to try and keep the look you’re going for while still making it within your budget.
Another way I like to go about pricing is that if the couple have no idea what they want or if they have a budget in mind, I give them options on the different types of centrepieces/ flower installations/ etc, they can get with their budget.
Things to consider for your florist/stylist when booking a venue
We ask that you request for longer bump in times of more than 2 hours especially if you are having lavish installations done or wedding arches with lush flowers installed on them. There are certain floral installations that are best done on-site. This is because during transportation, the movement of the vehicle moves the flowers out place and will in turn ruin the look of the finished product.
